Examplary Leaders

The world right now need examplary leaders to lead the youths to the next level of life.The young men and women(youths) ,were led astray due to inefficient leaders.Talking about Africa, the leaders are people that are in position for their selfish interest, looting and acquiring wealth for their fifth and sixth generation yet unborn.With such leaders, what do you expect from the youths?
They have to follow the examples of their wonderfull leaders,thinking, leadership is about converting public fund for personal use.I think the leaders need re-orientation concerning what leadership is all about, there is more to leadership than what we see right now.It is also needfull to enlighten the youths about good leadership.We all know that leaders influence the people they lead,good leaders will command good followership and bad leaders will command bad followership.Be an examplary leader, the world needs you.
